Below are just a selection of brands we repair. Plaese call us if your brand isn't listed.

How much do you charge and what's included?

We operate a fixed labour charge of £46.50 for most repairs. This means that no matter how long it takes or even if we have to order a part and come back to complete the repair you will only be charged the one set labour charge plus the cost of any part you may need to complete the repair.

Do you give free estimates?

That depends on where you are, if your in Exeter we can pop out and if the appliance is beyond economical repair then we leave with no charge, there are a few exceptions such as integrated (built in) appliances, this is due to the extra time taken and also when no fault is found, although we will pop out again free of charge if the same fault reappears within 28 days.

What about other areas?

In other areas due to the travelling time, vehicle maintenance and fuel costs we are unable to offer this. In instances were we cant repair your appliance we reduce our labour charge to £35.00.
